William Woodrow "Bill" Ladd

Mr. William Woodrow "Bill" Ladd, age 76, of Smyrna, TN and formerly of Waverly, TN, passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2019, at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro, TN. Mr. Bill Ladd was born April 30, 1942, in Evansville, IN, to William Woodrow and Louise Fletcher Ladd. He was married to Letticia "Tish" McCauley Ladd. He was a charter member of Blackman Community Church of the Nazarene in Murfreesboro, TN. He was a member of IBEW Local Union #429 since 1964. Bill was a retired Electrician for IBEW Local #429 and E. I. DuPont in New Johnsonville, TN. He was a kind and loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother-in-law, uncle, and friend to all who met him. Visitation with the family will be Friday, January 11, 2019, from 11 a.m. until funeral service time at 2 p.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly, TN. Pastor Daron Brown, Pastor Richard Wagoner, and Pastor Josh Haun, will be officiating the service. Interment will follow in the Ebenezer Cemetery in New Johnsonville, TN.
