William "Billy" "Ribs" Nolan Fowlkes

Mr. William “Billy” “Ribs” Nolan Fowlkes, age 71, of Waverly, TN, passed away on May 2, 2022. He was born on July 29, 1950, in Nashville, TN, to Joseph Franklin Fowlkes and Jo Anne Bone Fowlkes. 

A Celebration of Life visitation for William “Billy” “Ribs” Nolan Fowlkes will be Tuesday, May 24, 2022, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly. In lieu of flowers the family would like donations to be made to the Waverly Church of Christ for Waverly Flood Victims.
