William "Billy" Thomas Tucker

Mr. William Thomas “Billy” Tucker, age 89, of Waverly, TN, passed away Monday, December 13, 2021, at Brookdale Clarksville MC in Clarksville, TN. Mr. Tucker was born August 8, 1932, in Waverly, TN, to Thomas Roscoe Tucker and Ollie Beulah Tate Tucker. He was a veteran of the United States Navy and served during the Korean War. Mr. Tucker retired from the Tennessee Department of Transportation in McEwen as the District Maintenance Supervisor. He was a farmer and Third Degree Mason. Visitation with the family will be Saturday, December 18, 2021, from 11:00 a.m. until funeral service time at 1:00 p.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly, TN. Interment will follow in the Richlawn Cemetery in Waverly with military honors.
