Wanda Faye Curtis Haygood

Mrs. Wanda Faye Curtis Haygood, age 73, of Waverly, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, October 31, 2019, at Horizon Medical Center in Dickson, TN.  Mrs. Haygood was born on August 30, 1946, in Osceola, Arkansas to James Viston Curtis and Mary Anna George Curtis. Wanda worked at Acme Boot, Humphreys Co. Nursing Home and she retired as the Manager of Kent’s Foods.  She was a member of the Waverly Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Waverly, TN.

She is survived by her:

 Son-

James Gregory Haygood (Tanya), Waverly, TN

And 2 Grandchildren-

Grandson- Dustin Gregory Haygood

Granddaughter- Lena Corene Haygood

She is preceded in death by her husband James Wayne “Mousy” Haygood, her parents - James Viston and Mary Anna George Curtis, 4 Brothers- James Grady Curtis, Robert Curtis, Earl “Man” Curtis and Jerry Curtis, 3 Sisters - Mildred Slankard, Jewel Brown and Shirley Ohler.

Visitation for Mrs. Wanda Haygood will be held on Friday November 8, 2019, at Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly, TN, from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM and on Saturday,  November 9, 2019, from 10:00 AM until the Memorial Service at 2:00 PM.
