Robert Eugene Watkins

Mr. Robert Eugene Watkins, age 55 of New Johnsonville, passed away Thursday, February 21, 2019 in Memphis, Tennessee. Mr. Watkins was born October 8, 1963 in Covington, Tennessee to Lillian Ann Johnson Childress and the late Robert A. Watkins. He was a Sheet Metal Mechanic for Mid South Industrial.

He is survived by:

Wife, Maggie Watkins, Waverly

Mother, Lillian Ann Johnson Childress, New Johnsonville

Sister, Cynthia Loveless (Lance), New Johnsonville

Step-Sister, Cynthia Summers, Bartlett, TN

Children, Katelyn Watkins (Daughter) and Thomas Watkins (Son), Missouri

Nephews, Dillon and Devon Moore and Nieces, Layla and Layna Loveless, New Johnsonville

Granddaughter, Charlie, Missouri

He is preceded in death by his father, Robert A. Watkins, Step-Father, Ed Childress, and Step-Brother, Christopher Childress

   Visitation with the family will be on Saturday, at the First United Methodist Church in New Johnsonville from 1:00PM until Celebration of Life Service at 2:00 conducted by Rev. Lucretia Campbell.
