Mr. Robert Kent Phebus, age 82, of Waverly, TN, passed away Monday, March 23, 2020, in St. Thomas Midtown Hospital, in Nashville, TN. Mr. Kent Phebus was born July 22, 1937, in Bakerville, TN, to Robert Leonard "Bob" Phebus and Modia Sylvia McClure Phebus. He was married to Patsy Carol Marrs Phebus. He was the retired Owner of Kent's Foods in Waverly. Kent was a member of Waverly church of Christ. He was a veteran of the United States Army and the Tennessee National Guard. The family has chosen cremation. Graveside service and burial of cremains were held Friday, April 3, 2020, at Wyly Cemetery, in Waverly, TN. Survivors include: Wife: Patsy C.
