Robert Neil James

Robert "Bob" Neil James 70 of, Erin, TN passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2018.  Mr. James was born in Tucson, Arizona to the Late Jimmie Cole James and Corene Hughes James.  He was a retired Environmentalist for the State of Tennessee.
