Patricia Gail Lewis

Mrs. Patricia Gail Lewis age 69 of Lobelville, TN, passed away Saturday, October 6, 2018. She was born in Kansas on July 1, 1949. She was married to the late Al Ricky Lewis and was a member of The Well Church in Buffalo. 

She is survived by her:

   Al (Wanda) Lewis of Lobelville
Sister-
   Mary Moore of Oklahoma

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brother Mike Wells. A memorial service for Mrs. Lewis will be announced at a later date.
