Linda Forrest King Jones

Ms. Linda Forrest King Jones, age 78, of Waverly, TN, passed away Sunday, September 5, 2021, at Magnolia Place Assisted Living in Waverly. Ms. Jones was born June 10, 1943, in Lewisburg, TN, to James F. and Mariemma Harris King. She was a Graduate of Marshall County High School and attended North Alabama College of Commerce. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Waverly. She was the Owner/Teacher of Ms. Linda's Nursery School for 36 years in Waverly. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend to many. Ms. Linda was loved by so many students that attended her nursery school. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, September 8, 2021, from 11:00 a.m. until Funeral Service time at 1:00 p.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly. Pastor Tom Jehnzen will be officiating the service. Interment will follow in the Richlawn Cemetery in Waverly, TN.
