Lemuel Berlin Cutshaw, Jr.

Lemuel "Lem" Berlin Cutshaw, Jr., age 61 of Dickson, TN passed away on Thursday, October 24, 2024 at TriStar Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN. He was born in Fort Campbell, KY on February 25, 1963, to Sarah "Marie" Phillips and Lemuel Berlin Cutshaw. Lem loved everyone he met and loved to go to Disney with his mother. 

Left to cherish Lem's memory is his mother, Marie Phillips; step siblings, Ward Phillips, Hugh Phillips, Sarah Durham and Susan Glenn; special nieces, Kayla Stevens (Chris) and Emily Field (Corey); special great nieces, Olivia Bishop, Elleigh Stevens, Amelia Field; great nephews, Landon Stevens and Patrick Field; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Lem is preceded in death by his father, Lemuel Berlin Cutshaw; sister, Charline Bradley; step father, James Phillip and step brother, Wesley Phillips.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly, beginning at 11:00 A.M. until the time of service at 3:00 P.M. with Bro. Jeremy McFarlin officiating. Interment to follow at Richlawn Cemetery.
