Larry "Roy" Capps

Mr. Larry Roy Capps, age 84, of Waverly, TN, passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2020, in Three Rivers Hospital in Waverly. Mr. Roy Capps was born December 19, 1935, in Waverly, TN, to John Dee and Katie Belle Robertson Capps. He was married to Betty Sue Carter Capps. He was a member of Spann Church of Christ in Waverly. Mr. Capps was a retired Machine Operator for Acme Boot Company in Waverly. Visitation with the family will be Thursday, October 22, 2020, from 10:30 a.m. until funeral service time at 2:00 p.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly, TN. Bro. Jeff Keele will be officiating the service. Interment will follow in the H. B. Parker Cemetery in Waverly. THE FAMILY HAS REQUESTED EVERYONE IN ATTENDANCE PLEASE WEAR A MASK.
