Jeanne Kimie Jackson

November 17, 1937 — July 10, 2018

Jeanne K. Suehiro Jackson, 80, of Waverly, TN; beloved wife of Bobby G. Jackson of 58 yrs, passed away on July 10, 2018.  

She was born November 17, 1937 in Honolulu, HI to the late Henry K. and Bertha H. Nakano Suehiro.  Besides her husband Bobby, she the eldest of her siblings, leaves behind her two sisters: Eunice (Frank) Kelly and Ruth Foran, both of Hendersonville,TN; her brothers: Lloyd (Seiko) Suehiro of CA, James (Karen) Suehiro, of HI, Nathan (Roshini) Suehiro, of HI and Lance (Susan) Suehiro of HI and several nieces and nephews.

 She attended Kahuku High and graduated in 1955. She managed the Kahuku Clinic which her father built and she was the medical secretary of Hawaii Medical Group.  She married Bobby and moved to TN where she worked at The Vanderbilt Hospital in hematology, Rodeway Express, and managed a medical office of doctors in Nashville. Her love of animals first started with her acquiring a horse, a TN Walker. She then turned to dogs.  Raising, breeding, showing and even judging.  She was a proud owner of champion Rottweilers. She then opened and owned her business of pet grooming in Goodlettsville, TN and when she and Bobby moved to Waverly, TN she opened a new shop.  A master groomer, she loved what she did.  She was a friend to all and loved by all.

A memorial will be held July 31, 2018, at 11:00 AM at The Middle TN Veterans Cemetery in Pegram, TN.  In lieu of flowers, "give your pet a big hug" and leave a comment in the guestbook.
