Mrs. Jane Lee Ulrey Phillips, age 77, of Linden, TN and formerly of McEwen, TN, passed away on Friday, May 28, 2021, at Perry County Nursing Home in Linden, TN. Mrs. Phillips was born on May 11, 1944, in Columbus, OH, to Virgil Dale Ulrey and Johnny Ruth Gunn Ulrey. She was a retired Sociologist from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA. Survivors include: Husband: Commander George Lincoln Phillips, Jr., USN, Ret., Warrenton, VA 3 Children: Joe Phillips, III (Michele), Bolingbrook, IL Hallie Phillips, Seattle, WA Sarah Phillips, Dickson, TN Sister: Peggy Horne, Dickson TN 3 Grandchildren Visitation for Mrs. Jane Phillips will be Wednesday, June 2, 2021, from 12:00 p.m. until Funeral Service time at 2:00 p.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in McEwen, TN.
