Mr. James Donald "Mac" Woods, age 71, of Waverly, TN, passed away Wednesday, July 28, 2021, at Three Rivers Hospital in Waverly, TN. Mr. Woods was born September 27, 1949, in Waverly, TN, to James Wallace and Agnes Elizabeth Betty Woods. He was married to Betty Jo Stinson Woods. Mac worked as a Bookkeeper. Mac Woods will be cremated at Richlawn Crematory, our on-site crematory at Luff-Bowen Funeral Home, in Waverly, TN.
