Harley Frederick Grebner

Mr. Harley Frederick Grebner, age 85, of McEwen, TN, and formerly of Glasford, IL, passed away April 14, 2018, in Waverly, TN. Mr. Grebner was born in Rome, IL, to Frederick Joseph and Josephine Mary Theobald Grebner. He was a veteran and a retired Master Sergeant from the United States Air Force having served 20 years which included the Korean War and the Vietnam War. Mr. Grebner was also a farmer. He was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in McEwen and a former member of the Knights of Columbus. Visitation with the family will be Monday, April 16, 2018, from 4:30-8 p.m., with the Rosary service at 7 p.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in McEwen, TN. Funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 17, 2018, at St. Patrick Catholic Church, 175 St. Patrick Street, McEwen, TN.  Father Zack Kirangu will be officiating the mass. Interment will follow in St. Patrick Cemetery in McEwen. The family of Harley Frederick Grebner would like to thank Waverly Health Care and Rehabilitation Center for their loving care during the past year and Three Rivers Hospital staff in Waverly.
