Gary Douglas Moran

Mr. Gary Douglas Moran, age 76, of McEwen, TN, passed away on Tuesday, December 7, 2021.  Mr. Moran was born on April 7, 1945, in Dickson, TN, to Earnest W. Moran & Nettie Mae Scurlock Moran.  He was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in McEwen. Gary was an avid farmer, fisherman, and hunter.

Visitation for Mr. Gary Douglas Moran will be on Friday, December 10, from 10 AM – 8 PM at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly, TN.  Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, December 11, 2021, at 10:00 AM at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in McEwen, TN. Father Zack Kirangu will be officiating the service.  Interment will follow at the Larkin Cemetery in McEwen, TN.  In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the St. Vincent DePaul.

He is preceded in death by his wife: Marcella Rhea Claude Moran, parents: Earnest W. Moran and Nettie Mae Scurlock Moran.
