He was a member of Layne’s Chapel Freewill Baptist Church and a member of the Free Masons. Warren was preceded in death by his parents, Taylor Elmo & Mammie Warren; sister, Joyce Homfeld, Margie Forrester, father & mother- in-law, Herman & Irene Ruth. Those left to cherish his memories are his wife of 48 years, Margaret Ann Warren; children, Don Warren of Chickamauga, Cindy (Steve) Wilson of Dunlap, Sandy Barnes of Ooltewah; special fur baby, Jennie; siblings, Taylor Clyde Warren, special sister-in-law, Barbara Layne; special brother sister-in-law, Jay W. & Joyce Ruth; special cousins, Renee Morrison & Kay Smith; grandchildren, Veronica (Ron) Howington, Jammaca Wilson, Zachary (Amanda) Wilson; great grandchildren, Kolbie Hise, Isaiah Howington, Joshua Howington, Katelyn Howington, Julie Wilson, Eli Wilson, Camden Wilson, Hayden Wilson, Brooklyn Wilson, Krymsyn Wilson,; great-great grandchildren, Capella Lacher, Sebastian Lacher; several nieces, nephews and a host of friends. Family will receive friends 1-8PM, Monday, December 27, 2021. 10AM-2PM, Tuesday, December 28, 2021. Funeral services will be at 2PM, Tuesday, December 28, 2021 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Ronnie Vandergriff, Rev. Dennis Kilgore, Rev. Jim Troyer & Rev. Larry Henry officiating. Interment at Layne’s Chapel Cemetery. Family would like to say a special Thank you for the special love and attention shown to our family by the Ft. Oglethorpe Fire and Rescue, EMT, Chaplain and the Coroner.
