Chase S. Hornsby

Sgt. Chase S. Hornsby, age 27, of New Johnsonville, TN, passed away Thursday, June 11, 2020, at his home, following a courageous battle with cancer. Chase was born November 2, 1992, in Nashville, TN, to Troy Dale Hornsby and Regina Renee Lewis Hornsby. He was a Sergeant with the Tennessee National Guard in Tennessee Ridge, TN. The family has chosen cremation. Visitation with the family will be Sunday, June 14, 2020, from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m., with Military Honors at 3 p.m., at Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly, TN.
