Cave Thomas Adams

Mr. Cave Thomas "Tom" Adams, age 83, of McEwen, TN, passed away Friday, May 22, 2020, at Three Rivers Hospital in Waverly, TN. Mr. Adams was born September 6, 1936, in McEwen, TN, to Rube Clark and Mary Elnora Street Adams. He was married to the late Ruth Ann Ethridge Adams. He was a member of Pine Hill Church of the Nazarene in McEwen, TN. He was a veteran of the United States Army. Mr. Tom was a retired Maintenance Worker for Erachem Comalog in New Johnsonville, TN. He loved being outside and cutting down timber. He was also known as the Mayor of Bud's Market in McEwen. Visitation will be held Monday, May 25, 2020, from 11 a.m. until funeral service time at 1 p.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in McEwen. Rev. Paul Adams will be officiating the service. Cremation will follow the service with burial of cremains in the Adams Cemetery in McEwen, at a later date, by the family.
