Catherine Elaine Eagleson

Ms. Catherine Eagleson, 79 of Waverly, Tennessee, passed away Friday at Waverly Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center. Catherine was born December 27, 1940 in Port Arthur, Texas to Alfred Booz and Ellen Aldridge Booz.  She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in nursing but she enjoyed domestic engineering more. She devoted her life to caring for the people she loved and adored most, her family.

Her survivors include:

One sister: Lou Placette of Houston, Texas

Three daughters, Ellen Brister of Wasilla, Alaska, Jayne McKenzie and Alura Hatcher both of Waverly.

Five grandchildren: Robert and Tiffany Holley, Shaina, Corey and Sarah Brister.

Six great-grandchildren: Dustin Eagleson, Logan Hatcher, Lillyauna, Rowan and Alyse Brister, and Skylair Munnerlyn.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Alfred and Ellen Booz.
