Beverly Lou Ellis, age 70, of McEwen, TN passed away on Friday, August 2, 2024 at TriStar Horizon Medical Center in Dickson, TN. She was born in Detroit, MI on April 24, 1954 to Grace Dotson Ellis and James Ellis. A devoted Christian whose faith shone brightly in every aspect of her life, Beverly's understanding of the Bible was profound. Her love for reading was evident in the wisdom she carried with her, enriching the lives of all who knew her. Beverly's dedication to her family was incomparable. She was the cornerstone that held her loved ones together with immeasurable strength and tenderness. In addition to her spiritual pursuits and familial bonds, Beverly found solace and community at Pine Hill Church of the Nazarene. Here, among friends and fellow worshippers, she nurtured her faith and radiated kindness to all who crossed her path. Beverly was always a listening ear who did not voice much, but when she did it was worth listening to. As we gather to honor Beverly Lou Ellis's life and legacy, let us remember her as a beacon of light in a world sometimes dimmed by challenges. Her passing leaves a void that can never be filled, but her memory will endure in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to know her.
