Albert Lee McDowell, age 80, of Waverly, TN passed away on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at Three Rivers Hospital in Waverly. He was born on May 3, 1943, in Memphis, TN to the late Catherine Robertson and William McDowell. Albert has been with the James Developmental Center since 1989. He was involved in the community, and attended the Senior Citizens. He formally worked at James Recycling. Albert also enjoyed collecting magazines.
Left to cherish his memory are all those who loved and cared for him at the James Center.
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, William F. McDowell.
A visitation for Mr. Albert will be held on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, beginning at 12:00 P.M. until the time of service at 1:00 P.M. Officiating the service will be Pastor Daron Brown. Interment to follow at Richlawn Cemetery.
