Earl E. Bailey

Mr. Earl Bailey age 89, of Waverly passed away Friday, December 29, 2017 at Humphreys County Nursing Home in Waverly, TN. He was born in Charleston, WV on August 12, 1928 to the late Glen Edison and Edith Ernie Proctor Bailey. Mr. Bailey was a United States Army Veteran having served our country honorably for 27 Years.
