Dean Randall Binkley

Mr. Dean Randall Binkley, age 58, of Waverly, TN, passed away Thursday, November 23, 2017, at Three Rivers Hospital in Waverly, TN. Mr. Binkley was born April 17, 1959, in Toledo, Ohio, to Dallas Houston and Mary Jewell Damesworth Binkley. He was married to Lisa Parker Binkley of Waverly, TN. He was a church membership of the Mormon Faith. He has lived in Humphreys County the majority of his life. He was a Litter Grant Supervisor and Maintenance Officer for Humphreys County. Visitation with the family will be Saturday, November 25, 2017, from 10:00 a.m., until funeral service time at 2:00 p.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly. Rev. Tommy Cagle will be officiating the service.
