Mrs. Anne Potter Derr, age 75, of Waverly, TN, passed away Tuesday, September 12, 2017, at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville. Mrs. Derr was born November 23, 1941, in Wilmington, DE, to William Nelson, III, and Virginia Hocker Potter. She was married to John Benedict Derr. She was a homemaker and loved to sew. The family's wishes were for Mrs. Derr to be cremated. Visitation with the family will be Saturday, September 16, 2017 from 3:00 p.m., until the Celebration of Life Service time at 4:00 p.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly, with family and friends speaking.
