Audrey Jean Mayes

Mrs. Audrey Mayes age 76, of Waverly, TN, passed away Thursday, September 7, 2017, at her home in Waverly. Mrs. Mayes was born October 4, 1940 in Herrin, Illinois, to Albert LeRoy and Mildred Eileen Friedline Marks. She is married to Wayne Mayes and a member of the New Johnsonville Church of Christ. She was a retired Registered Nurse from Methodist Healthcare Systems. She was an avid bow maker, flowers, and loved her crafts. Visitation with the family will be Saturday, September 9, 2017 from 10:30 a.m., until funeral service time at 2:00 p.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly. Bro. Joe Rhodes will be officiating the service. Interment will follow in the Richlawn Cemetery in Waverly.
