Mrs. Cathey Ann Whitlow Hams, age 65, of Waverly, TN, passed away Wednesday, June 28, 2017, at Signature Health Care in Erin. Mrs. Hams was born February 13, 1952, in Cadiz, Kentucky, to Noble Whitlow and Ruth Dennis Whitlow Clark. She was a retired laborer for Acme Boot Company.
