Miss Lilly Irene "Rene" Buchanan, age 84, of Waverly, TN, passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2017, in the Humphreys County Nursing Home in Waverly, TN. Miss Buchanan was born September 30, 1932, in Waverly, TN, to Samuel Cleather and Eula Bell Lofton Buchanan. She was a retired Machine Operator for Osh Kosh B'Gosh in McEwen, TN, and a member of the Spann Church of Christ in Waverly. Visitation with the family will be Thursday, January 26, 2017, from 10 a.m. until funeral service time at 2 p.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly. Bro. Joe James will be officiating the service.
