Wilma Louise Cullum Garber

Mrs. Wilma Louise Cullum Garber, age 86, of Waverly, TN, passed away Sunday, January 1, 2017, in Three Rivers Hospital in Waverly. Mrs. Garber was born January 25, 1930, in Milan, TN to William Leon and Winnie L. Hudspeth Cullum. She was married to Shade Garber, Jr. of Waverly. She was a retired Cosmetologist. Mrs. Garber was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Memphis, TN and a former member of the Eastern Star in Memphis. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, January 4, 2017, from 10 a.m. until funeral service time at 2 p.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly. Rev. Jesse Freeman will be officiating the service.
