Mrs. Sally Dowell Graham, age 73, of Waverly, TN, passed away Thursday, October 6, 2016, in St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, TN. Mrs. Graham was born January 8, 1943, in Houston, TX, to Joseph T. and Agnes Newman Dowell. She was married to Oneal Graham. Mrs. Graham was a homemaker and a member of Liberty Baptist Church in McEwen, TN. The family has chosen cremation.
