Ruth O. Johnson Curtis Tester

Mrs. Ruth O. Johnson Curtis Tester, age 96, of Waverly, TN, passed away Saturday, April 16, 2016, in the Humphreys County Nursing Home in Waverly. Mrs. Tester was born February 11, 1920, in McEwen, TN, to Miron Eugene and Minnie Cora Curtis Johnson. She was married to Ernest Willie Tester. She as a member of Open Bible Assembly in McEwen, TN. Mrs. Tester was a retired Machine Operator, having worked over 34 years for McEwen Manufacturing Company in McEwen, TN. Visitation with the family will be Monday, April 18, 2016, from 6-8 p.m., and Tuesday, April 19, 2016, from 9 a.m. until funeral service time at 10 a.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly. Pastor Kent Curtis will be officiating the service.
