Carl Allen Whaley

Mr. Carl Allen Whaley, age 70, of McEwen, TN, passed away March 13, 2016. Mr. Whaley was born October 29, 1945, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to Reginald Earl and Beverly Jane Moeser Whaley. He was a United States Army Vietnam War veteran. He was a retired Merchant Marine Engineer and worked at many different areas around the world. He was a member of Merchant Engineers' Beneficial Association, 3rd Degree Mason and lifetime member of Park Place Lodge No. 1172 A. F. & A. M. in Houston, Texas, Veteran Defenders of America, and life member of the National Rifle Association. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, March 23, 2016, from 10 a.m. until funeral service time at l p.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in McEwen.
