Mr. Richard Eugene "Bro. Gene" Tittsworth, Sr., age 75, of McEwen, TN, passed away Saturday, January 16, 2016, in Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Bro. Gene Tittsworth was born May 16, 1940, in Dowelltown, TN, to Richard Martin and Ruby Estelle Caldwell Tittsworth. He was a retired Self-employed Iron Worker. Bro. Gene was a member of the Bethel Pentecostal Holiness Church in McEwen. Visitation with the family will be Saturday, January 30, 2016, from 11:30 a.m. until funeral service time at 3 p.m., at the Bethel Pentecostal Holiness Church in McEwen. Pastor Steve Gatlin will be officiating the service. Interment will follow in the McEwen Cemetery in McEwen, TN. Active pallbearers will be Jerry Ligon, Randy Ligon, Jimmy Ligon, Christopher Ligon, Butch McBride, and Clifford McCarson.
