Elaine Louise Hall Hatcher

Mrs. Elaine Louise Hall Hatcher, age 67, of Waverly, passed away Tuesday, November 10, 2015, at Alive Hospice in Nashville, TN. Mrs. Hatcher was born on June 15, 1948, in St. Louis, Missouri. Her parents were James Leon Hall and Georgia Mae Franklin Hall Rumsey. She was married to Francis Leon Hatcher of McEwen. She was a member of the Church of Christ and a retired Residential Caregiver for James Developmental Center in Waverly. She moved to Humphreys County, TN in 1980, from Springfield, IL. Visitation with the family will be Saturday, November 14, 2015, from 4-8 p.m., and Sunday, November 15, 2015, from 11 a.m. until funeral service time at 1 p.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly. Interment will follow in the Curtis Chapel Cemetery in McEwen, TN.
