Charles Weinbacker Newbern

Mr. Charles Weinbacker Newbern, age 73, of Waverly, TN, passed away Thursday, October 22, 2015, at his home. Mr. Newbern was born March 18, 1942, in Nashville, TN, to Frank Henry and Lucille Crowder Newbern. He was married to Judy Ann Dendy Newbern. He was a retired Concrete Finisher. Mr. Newbern was a member of Riverlake Baptist Church in Waverly, TN and had lived in Humphreys County, TN, for about 40 years. Visitation with the family was held Saturday, October 24, 2015, from 5-8 p.m., and Sunday, October 25, 2015, from 12 p.m. until funeral service time at 2 p.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home Chapel in Waverly, TN. Rev. John Johnson officiated the service. Interment followed in the Richlawn Cemetery in Waverly, TN.
