Ms. Judy Kay Smith Chitwood Duncan, age 59, of Waverly, TN, and formerly of Oneida, TN, passed away Sunday, May 10, 2015, in the Waverly Health Care Center and Rehab in Waverly. Mrs. Duncan was born April 28, 1956, in Oneida, TN, to Sherman and Beulah Mae Burke Smith. She was a homemaker and a member of West Oneida Baptist Church in Oneida, TN. Mrs. Duncan has been cremated. A graveside service and interment of cremains will be Tuesday, May 19, 2015, at 7:00 P.M., at the Davis Cemetery on Alderville Road in Winfield, TN. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Luff-Bowen Funeral Home, 2400 Hwy. 13 North, Waverly, TN 37185, to help the family with expenses.
