Downey Lee Gordon

Mr. Downey Lee Gordon, age 60, of Nashville, TN and formerly of Waverly, TN, passed away Monday, February 2, 2015, at Skyline Madison Campus Alive Hospice in Madison, TN. Mr. Gordon was born January 7, 1955, in Waverly, TN, to James Dan, Sr. and Lela Downey Gordon. He was a member of the Waverly Church of Christ and a retired Associate for Kroger's in Donelson, TN. Visitation with the family will be Thursday, February 5, 2015, from 3-8 p.m., and Friday, February 6, 2015, from 9 a.m. until funeral service time at 10 a.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly, TN. Ray Walker will be officiating the service. Interment will follow in the Jones-Owens-Mayberry Cemetery in Hurricane Mills, TN. Survivors include: 4 Sisters: Jean Schouten, Hermitage, TN Oneida Russell (Clyde), Bethpage, TN Patricia Shepard, Mt.
