Regnald Erwin Gooshaw

Mr. Regnald "Pops" Erwin Gooshaw, age 76, of Waverly, TN, passed away suddenly Wednesday, October 8, 2014, at Three Rivers Hospital in Waverly, TN. Mr. Gooshaw was born January 23, 1938, in Norfolk, New York, to Milton and Ethel Sherman Gooshaw. He was married to Flora Louise Harrison Gooshaw. He was a retired truck driver for Get-A-Way Farms in Nashville, TN. Reggie was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. His passion was helping others and he never met a stranger. "Pops" enjoyed the outdoors and was an avid deer hunter. He will be greatly missed by those whose lives he touched. Visitation with the family will be Thursday, October 9, 2014, from 3:30-7 p.m. and Friday, October 10, 2014, from 12 p.m. until funeral service time at 1 p.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly, TN. Bro. Jeremy McFarlin will be officiating the service. Interment will follow in the Richlawn Cemetery in Waverly, TN. Active pallbearers will be Terry Bowers, Jeremy Gordon, Ian Abbott, Jacob Gray, Jesse Gray, Jonathan Bain, and Johnny Harrison.
