Ms. Hooper was born September 30, 1953, in Cleveland, OH, to Milton Edward and Wilma Jean Stiner Metheny. She was married to Winfred Dwayne Hooper. She was a Paralegal. Visitation with the family will be Saturday, September 20, 2014, from 10:30 a.m. until funeral service time at 1 p.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in McEwen, TN. Rev. David Deavers will be officiating the service. Interment will follow in the Wheelertown Cemetery in McEwen, TN.
