Charlotte Johnson Patterson

Mrs. Charlotte Jean Johnson Patterson, age 89, of New Johnsonville, TN, passed away Saturday, September 6, 2014, at the Humphreys County Nursing Home in Waverly, TN. Mrs. Patterson was born December 21, 1924, in Kingsland, AR, to Dr. Stephen and Rachel Allen Johnson. She was a retired Clerical Supervisor for E. I. DuPont in New Johnsonville, TN. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of New Johnsonville, former President of the Pleasure Walking Horse Association of Tennessee, and an avid horsewoman. Visitation with the family will be Sunday, September 7, 2014, from 4-8 p.m., and Monday, September 8, 2014, from 10 a.m. until funeral service time at 11 a.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly, TN. Pastor Donna Parramore will be officiating the service. Interment will follow in the Ebenezer Cemetery in New Johnsonville, TN. Active pallbearers will be Mason Moore, Ethan Moore, Houston Dodd, Tyler Patterson, Chase Patterson, and Dylan Fuller. Survivors include: 3 Children: Joe H.
