Mr. James Robert Loyd, age 80, of Erin, TN, passed away Saturday, June 7, 2014, in Life Care Center of Bruceton, in Bruceton, TN. Mr. Loyd was born February 22, 1934, in Shelbyville, TN, to Samuel Robert and Della Irene Jennings Loyd. He was married to Ila Mae "Curly" Hooper Loyd. He was a U. S. Army Korean War veteran. He was a retired Tool & Dye Machinist from Southern Gage in Erin, TN. Visitation with the family will be Tuesday, June 10, 2014, from 9:30 a.m. until funeral service time at 3 p.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in McEwen, TN. Bro. Joe James will be officiating the service. Interment will follow in the McEwen Cemetery in McEwen, TN. Survivors include: 4 Children: Jackie A. Loyd Boyd (Roy), Hollow Rock, TN James R.
