Frank Andrew Wilson, Sr.

Mr. Frank Andrew Wilson, Sr., age 71, of Waverly, TN, passed away Friday, April 18, 2014, in NHC Healthcare Center in Dickson, TN. Mr. Wilson was born March 8, 1943, in Vandergift, PA, to Frank Nelson and Arlene Lucinda Young Wilson. He was married to Sandra Kay Benefict Wilson. He was a U. S. Army veteran, having served with the 101st Airborne Division Paratroopers in Korea. Mr. Wilson retired as a Millwright Leader for Ford Motor Company in Ohio. He was a member of VFW Post 15036 in Ohio, Order of Red Cross, 32nd Degree Mason, member of the Blue Lodge in Mantua, OH, and Knights Templar. Visitation with the family will be Tuesday, April 22, 2014, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly, TN. Masonic Rites and funeral service will be Tuesday, April 22, 2014, at 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Bro. Joe James will be officiating the funeral service. Cremation will follow the service at the Richlawn Crematory in Waverly, TN. Burial of cremated remains will be Thursday, April 24, 2014, at 2:30 p.m., in the Richlawn Cemetery in Waverly, TN, with military honors.
