Shirley Williams Harber

Mrs. Shirley Ann Coleman Williams Harber, age 79, of McEwen, TN and Rockledge, FL, passed away Tuesday, March 4, 2014, in Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Mrs. Harber was born February 12, 1935, in Dayton, Ohio, to John Edgar, Sr. and Eva Estelle Gunn Coleman. She was married to Robert Lucas "Bob" Williams and William Arthur "Bill" Harber, Jr. Mrs. Harber was a retired bookkeeper for several CPA agencies. She was a member of McEwen First United Methodist Methodist, United Methodist Women, and the United Daughters of the Confederacy. She loved bowling, cooking, and sharing her goodies with family and friends. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and friend. She was adored by her family and friends and will be greatly missed. Visitation with the family will be Friday, March 7, 2014, from 12-9 p.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in McEwen, TN. Saturday visitation will be at the McEwen First United Methodist Church from 11 a.m. until funeral service time at 2 p.m. Rev. Joan Hubbard and Rev. Jim Fields will be officiating the service at the church. Interment will follow in the McEwen Cemetery in McEwen, TN. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to: United Methodist Women, 146 Church St., McEwen, TN 37101.
