Mrs. Freddie "Sue" Chase Hatcher Leegon, age 70, of McEwen, TN, passed away Saturday, January 25, 2014, in Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Mrs. Leegon was born February 8, 1943, in McEwen, TN, to Francis Lafayette and Josie Profitt Hatcher. She was married to Robert Franklin Leegon, Sr. She was a member of Tennessee City United Methodist Church, AARP, and a retired member of TSEA. Sue retired after 43 years of service as FA1 with the State of Tennessee, Division of Forestry in Tennessee City, TN. Visitation with the family will be Wednesday, January 29, 2014, from 4-8 p.m., and Thursday, January 30, 2014, from 10 a.m. until funeral service time at 1 p.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in McEwen. Interment will follow in the Curtis Chapel Cemetery in McEwen, TN.
