Mrs. Ruthie Dell Rushing Hays, age 78, of Decaturville, TN, passed away Thursday, January 23, 2014, at her home. Mrs. Hays was born May 8, 1935, in Waverly, TN, to Thomas E. Rushing and Louise Mosley Rushing. She was a homemaker. Visitation with the family will be Friday, January 24, 2014, from 4-8 p.m., and Saturday, January 25, 2014, from 9 a.m. until funeral service time at 11 a.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly, TN. Harold Hartup, Jr. will be officiating the service. Interment will follow in the Simpson Cemetery in Waverly, TN.
