Mr. Eddie Lewis Marrs, age 66, of Waverly, TN, passed away Thursday, December 5, 2013, at Three Rivers Hospital in Waverly, TN. Mr. Marrs was born April 30, 1947, in Lobelville, TN, to William David "Dub" and Martha Christine Howell Marrs. He was married to Elizabeth "Gail" Davis Marrs. He was retired from Tennessee Valley Authority in New Johnsonville, TN. He was the former owner of E&W Plumbing & Electrical. Visitation with the family will be Sunday, December 8, 2013, from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly, TN. Graveside services and interment will be Sunday, December 8, 2013, at 2 p.m., at the Bone Springs Cemetery in Lobelville, TN. Bro. Joe James will be officiating the service.
