Richard Earl Bissinger

Mr. Richard Earl Bissinger, age 69, of McEwen, TN, passed away Tuesday, October 22, 2013, in Three Rivers Hospital in Waverly, TN. Mr. Bissinger was born July 14, 1944, in Nashville, TN, to Albert Harvey "Bert" and Evelyn Locke Bissinger. He was a graduate of McEwen High School. He was a retired mechanic for Dan Post Boot Company in Waverly, TN and the owner of R&B Enterprises. He was a former member of the Poor Boy's Classic Chevy Club. Visitation with the family will be Thursday, October 24, 2013, from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m., with Rosary service at 8 p.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in McEwen. Friday visitation will be from 9-9:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m., Friday, October 25, 2013, at the St. Patrick Catholic Church in McEwen. Rev. Michael Baltrus will be officiating. Interment will follow in the McEwen Cemetery in McEwen, TN.
