Lula Angeline Curtis Tester

Mrs. Lula Angeline Curtis Tester, age 93, of McEwen, TN, passed away Sunday, July 28, 2013, in Horizon Medical Center, in Dickson, TN. Mrs. Tester was born April 20, 1920, in McEwen, TN, to Samuel A. and Cora Hatcher Curtis. She was married to Carl Alvin Tester. She was a retired Inspector for McEwen Manufacturing Company in McEwen, TN. She was a 74 year member of Oak Grove Baptist Church in McEwen, TN. She served as Church Clerk and/or Treasurer for 50 years. Visitation with the family will be Tuesday, July 30, 2013, from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m. and Wednesday, July 31, 2013, from 9 a.m. until funeral service time at 11 a.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in McEwen, TN. Rev. Carlton Tester and Rev. Reece Cochran will be officiating the service. Interment will follow in the Oak Grove Cemetery in McEwen, TN.
