Johnny Howard Sizemore

Mr. Johnny Howard Sizemore, age 79, of McEwen, TN, passed away Saturday, June 22, 2013, at Three Rivers Hospital in Waverly, TN. Mr. Sizemore was born March 28, 1934, in Dickson, TN, to Samuel Edward, Sr., and Bonnie Pearl Inman Sizemore. He was a United States Army Veteran having served in the Korean Conflict. During his time served in the U. S. Army, he received the Good Conduct Medal, Republic of Korea Presidential Unit Citation w/2 Bronze Service Stars, Korean Service Medal w/2 Bronze Service Stars, and United Nations Service Medal. Mr. Sizemore was a retired Foreman for Tennessee Valley Authority. Visitation with the family will be 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday, June 23, 2013. Visitation on Monday, June 24, 2013, will be from 9 a.m. until funeral service time at 2 p.m., at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in McEwen, TN. Rev. David Deavers will be officiating. Interment will follow in the McEwen Cemetery, McEwen, TN. Military honors will be provided by the United States Army Honor Guard at the cemetery.
