Laura Willie Browning Ham

Mrs. Laura Willie Browning Ham, age 89, of Waverly, TN, passed away Saturday, March 30, 2013, at Three Rivers Hospital in Waverly, TN. Mrs. Ham was born on May 21, 1923 in Waverly, TN, to Hosea Ferrell and Minnie Medley Browning. She was married to James Irvin Ham. She was a retired Machine Operator from Waverly Garment Company and Acme Boot Company in Waverly, TN. Mrs. Ham was the last original charter member living of the Waverly Church of the Nazarene. Visitation with the family will be Monday, April 1, 2013 from 5-8 p.m. at the Luff-Bowen Funeral Home in Waverly, TN. Visitation on Tuesday, April 1, 2013, will be from 9 a.m. until funeral service time at 11 a.m., at the Waverly Church of the Nazarene. Pastor Daron Brown will be officiating. Interment will follow in the McKelvey Cemetery in Waverly, TN. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Waverly Church of the Nazarene Building Fund.
